3. Fees and Billing
Joining and setting up a shop on Zizoo is free. Zizoo don‘t charges fees for listing an item for sale, as well as a percentage of the sale price when the item sells. Zizoo’s Fees Policy which is subject to change, is incorporated into this Agreement by reference. Changes to the Fees Policy and the fees for Zizoo's services are effective after Zizoo provides you with at least fourteen (14) days' notice by posting the changes on the Site. However, Zizoo may choose to temporarily change the Fees Policy and the fees for Zizoo's services for promotional events; such changes are effective when Zizoo posts the temporary promotional event on the Site. Zizoo may, at Zizoo’s sole discretion, change some or all of Zizoo 's services at any time. In the event Zizoo introduces a new service, the fees for that service are effective at the launch of the service. Unless otherwise stated, all fees are quoted in UK Pounds (£).
In certain situations, including but not limited to a void or invalid transaction, Zizoo may issue a credit for the applicable fees to a seller's billing statement.
You are responsible for paying all fees and applicable taxes associated with using Zizoo. Zizoo provides plans for both automatic and manual bill payment as outlined in Zizoo Billing Policy. Zizoo will send an invoice to the seller’s email address on file detailing the amount due for the prior month’s fees and charges. The seller must pay the amount due in full within 15 days of the date of the invoice, or the account will be considered past due.
Fees and Termination: If Zizoo terminates a listing or your account, if you close your account, or if the payment of your Zizoo fees cannot be completed for any reason, you remain obligated to pay Zizoo for all unpaid fees plus any penalties, if applicable. If the seller's account is not paid in full and becomes past due, the seller risks penalties such as the suspension of privileges and/or termination of the account and other collection mechanisms (including retaining collection agencies and legal counsel). If you have a question or wish to dispute a charge, contact Zizoo.
4. Listing and Selling
Listing Description: By listing an item on the Site you warrant that you and all aspects of the item comply with Zizoo 's published policies. You also warrant that you may legally sell the item. You must accurately describe your item and all terms of sale in your Zizoo shop. Your listings may only include text descriptions, graphics, pictures and other content relevant to the sale of that item. All items must be listed in an appropriate category with appropriate tags. Each listing must accurately and completely describe the item/items for sale in that listing. If the "in stock" quantity is more than one, all items in that listing must be identical. Each unique item must have its own listing.
Shop Policies: All sellers are urged to outline shop policies for their Zizoo shop. These policies may include, for example, shipping, returns, payment and selling policies. Sellers must create reasonable policies in good faith and must abide by such policies. All shop policies must comply with Zizoo 's site-wide policies. Sellers are responsible for enforcing their own reasonable shop policies. Zizoo reserves the right to request that a seller modify a shop policy.
Binding Sale: All sales are binding. The seller is obligated to ship the order or otherwise complete the transaction with the buyer in a prompt manner, unless there is an exceptional circumstance, such as: (a) the buyer fails to meet the terms of the seller's listing (such as payment method), or (b) the seller cannot authenticate the buyer's identity. The buyer is obligated to deliver appropriate payment for items purchased, unless there is an exceptional circumstance.
Fee Avoidance: The price stated in each item listing description must be an accurate representation of the sale. Sellers may charge reasonable shipping and handling fees to cover the costs for packaging and mailing the items. Sellers may not charge excessive shipping fees or otherwise avoid fees. You may not alter the item's price after a sale for the purpose of avoiding Zizoo transaction fees, misrepresent the item's location, or use another user's account without permission.
5. Prohibited, Questionable and Infringing Items and Activities
You are solely responsible for your conduct and activities on and regarding to Zizoo and any and all data, text, information, usernames, graphics, images, photographs, profiles, audio, video, items, and links (together, "Content") that you submit, post, and display on Zizoo.

Furthermore, you may not list any item on Zizoo (or consummate any transaction that was initiated using Zizoo 's service) that, by paying to Zizoo the final value fee, could cause Zizoo to violate any applicable law, statute, ordinance or regulation, or that violates the Terms of Use.

This includes all of your accounts by virtue of association. In other words, Zizoo reserves the right to suspend the use of the site for a person and all username(s) he/she operates under. Suspended or terminated members remain obligated to pay Zizoo for all unpaid fees per our Terms of Use
Transactions
As a marketplace venue, Zizoo’s role is to connect shoppers (buyers) with independent shops (sellers). As a shopper, when you place an order on Zizoo, you enter into a transaction with an independent shop, facilitated by Zizoo.
A transaction is created when a buyer has completed the Checkout process on Zizoo. Both the buyer and the seller are sent an email from Zizoo about the order and a receipt record in their Zizoo account. A transaction is considered complete after the buyer has submitted payment and the seller has shipped the item to the buyer.
Zizoo aims to keep the shopping experience consistent across the marketplace, however, since each shop is an independent business, there may be some differences between shops. Each shop specifies their accepted payment methods (for example: credit card, PayPal, personal check, etc). Each shop may have their own specific policies for things like returns, exchanges and custom orders; these shop policies may not conflict with Zizoo’s site-wide policies. Additionally, please take note that third-party services may be involved in a transaction (for example: PayPal, shipping services), and these other services may have different policies regarding transactions or use of their services.
Zizoo is a global marketplace with some shops and listings available in various languages. A seller should be able to conduct business in the language used in their shop or listings (for example: if a seller creates listings in German, the seller should be able to accurately describe the item, complete the transaction and provide customer service to the buyer in German).
Buyer best practices
As a shopper on Zizoo, you can take steps to help create a smooth transaction:
• Use Zizoo Conversations to communicate about any questions, special details or problems.
• Read the listing details and the shop's policies page before purchasing.
• Provide an accurate shipping address during Checkout.
• Before returning an item, check the shop's policies and contact the seller. (Not all shops accept returns.)
• In the event of a return, retain proof of shipping and/or delivery confirmation that includes the date and recipient’s address.
Seller Protection Program
Zizoo offers a Seller Protection Program for shops in eligible transactions. Seller Protection guarantees that your account status will not be affected in the event a buyer reports a problem with a transaction. The seller must adhere to the program requirements and restrictions listed below in order for the transaction to qualify for Seller Protection.
To qualify for Seller Protection, the following requirements must be met:
• Publish policies for returns, exchanges and custom orders on your shop’s Policies page, in accordance with Zizoo’s site-wide policies.
• Communicate with the buyer via Conversations.
• Accurately photograph and describe the item(s), including details like color, size, materials, condition, customizable options, etc. For custom orders, confirm details with the buyer via Conversations.
• Provide a date by which the item(s) will be shipped (also referred to as processing time or ships-by date) using the tools provided by Zizoo, and ship the item(s) accordingly.
• Ship to the address listed on the Zizoo receipt, or as agreed upon with the buyer via Conversations.
• Accurately mark the order as “shipped” on Zizoo.
• Provide proof of shipping; additionally, provide proof of delivery for item(s) shipped within the USA.
• For an item priced above £150.00, use a trackable shipping method that provides signature confirmation at delivery.
• Respond to a dispute case and the buyer’s correspondence within the case within 7 calendar days.
• Respond to Zizoo’s request(s) for more information about a dispute case within 7 calendar days.
Coverage for the Seller Protection Program has some restrictions:
• Applicable only for non-delivery or item not as described cases filed by the buyer through Zizoo’s tools on any eligible Zizoo transaction, or unauthorized payment cases specific to Direct Checkout Zizoo transactions.
• Fund protection for Direct Checkout transactions is limited to £1000.00 per transaction.
• For Direct Checkout transactions, the Item(s) must be shipped to one of the following countries: Australia, Belgium, Canada, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Japan, Netherlands, Norway, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom, USA.
• Not available for transactions involving digital goods or other items delivered electronically.
• Not available for items that are not shipped (for example: in-person delivery, workshops and classes).
• Not available for sellers with current or past accounts found to be in violation of Zizoo’s policies, or sellers with current or past accounts suspended or terminated for violating Zizoo’s policies.
Transaction concerns or disputes
We hope that your experience on Zizoo is smooth and hassle-free. In the event of a problem with a transaction, Zizoo encourages the buyer and seller to resolve the situation through Zizoo Conversations. If a situation cannot be resolved directly through Conversations, then you may opt to use Zizoo’s case system to come to a resolution.
There are two types of cases that a buyer can open: 1) a “non-delivery” case or 2) an “item not as described” case, as further described below.
Eligibility to open a case is based on an order's processing time and shipping time. Depending on whether the seller uses a processing time, the case eligibility will be calculated by using the processing time for 5 weekdays for domestic shipping and 15 weekdays for international shipping. If a seller does not use processing times, 5 weekdays will be added to the shipping time. A buyer may open a case for up to 60 days, once eligible.
Zizoo also has various policies to help sellers with problematic transactions, including: non-payment, transaction cancellation, refusal of service to a specific buyer, and transaction interference (see more detail below).
Non-delivery
A non-delivery situation arises when a buyer placed an order and submitted payment, but then did not receive the item. Zizoo encourages a buyer to first contact the seller via Conversations to try and work out the issue. If this is unsuccessful, the buyer may report that the item has not arrived and open a non-delivery case.
Please note: a buyer who paid via PayPal may have a limited time frame in which to file a claim for refund of purchase under PayPal's policies; that process is separate from Zizoo’s dispute process.
• The seller must ship the item(s) as specified by the ships-by date set using the tools provided by Zizoo, or within a reasonable amount of time.
• A case may be closed after the buyer and seller reached a resolution agreement, or the item was delivered, or the seller issued a full refund, or if the transaction qualified for the Seller Protection Program.
• If a case remains unresolved, it will be escalated for review and resolution by Zizoo. Both parties must abide Zizoo's decision.
• If a case is escalated to Zizoo, the seller may be asked to provide Zizoo with additional information (for example: proof of shipping and/or delivery, proof of refund) to help resolve the dispute.
• For transactions paid via Direct Checkout, if the seller does not qualify for Seller Protection, then Zizoo may issue a refund to the buyer from the seller's Shop Payment Account to resolve the dispute. If there are insufficient funds available in the seller's Shop Payment Account, Zizoo may charge the payment source on file for the seller to cover the refund.
A seller who fails to ship an item, respond to a non-delivery case or settle a disputed transaction in a reasonable manner may be suspended. Members who do not comply with Zizoo's policies may be subject to review, which can result in suspension of account privileges and/or termination. Suspended or terminated members remain obligated to pay Zizoo for all unpaid fees.
Item not as described
An item is “not as described” if it is substantially different than explicitly agreed upon or if it is not fit for its intended use. Examples include but are not limited to: incorrect size, incorrect material, or missing parts. In the event the buyer received a product that is not as described, the buyer should first contact the seller via Conversations to try and work out the issue. If this is unsuccessful, the buyer may open an item not as described case within the applicable time frame.
Not as described cases may also be filed for late delivery. In order to qualify as “late delivery,” the buyer must provide proof that all of the following conditions have been met:
• The item(s) were ordered for a specific date or event.
• A deadline was agreed upon by the buyer and seller.
• The item(s) are rendered useless after that date.
Often the case process enables the buyer and seller to resolve the matter directly. Unresolved cases will escalate for review and resolution by Zizoo.
Note: a buyer who paid via PayPal may have a limited time frame in which to file a claim under PayPal's policies; that process is separate from Zizoo’s dispute process.
• The seller must accurately describe the item in the listing. For custom orders, the seller and buyer should communicate about details via Conversations.
• The seller must comply with the transaction agreement or according to the terms in the seller's shop policies. In order to qualify for the Seller Protection Program, sellers’ policies must be consistent with Zizoo’s policies.
• Once a not as described case has been opened by the buyer on Zizoo, the buyer and seller must use the case system to communicate about the transaction.
• A case may be closed after the buyer and seller reached a resolution agreement, or the seller issued a full refund, or if the transaction qualified for the Seller Protection Program.
• If a case remains unresolved, it will be escalated for review and resolution by Zizoo. Both parties must abide Zizoo's decision.
• If a case is escalated to Zizoo, both buyer and seller may be asked to provide additional information (for example: photographs of the item) to help resolve the dispute.
A seller who ships an item that is not as described, fails to respond to a case or settle a disputed transaction in a reasonable manner may be suspended. Members who do not comply with Zizoo's policies may be subject to review, which can result in suspension of account privileges and/or termination. Suspended or terminated members remain obligated to pay Zizoo for all unpaid fees.
Non-payment
Non-payment occurs when a buyer did not or cannot complete payment after a transaction has been created. The seller may flag a buyer for a payment not received, chargeback, or canceled payment. The seller may also invoice the buyer in an attempt to collect payment before shipping.
• The buyer must pay at the time the transaction is created, according to the transaction agreement or according to the terms in the seller's Shop Policies.
• The seller may cancel a transaction for non-payment when applicable.
Buyers who routinely do not pay for orders may be subject to review, which can result in suspension of account privileges and/or termination. Suspended or terminated members remain obligated to pay Zizoo for all unpaid fees.
Refusing service
Zizoo encourages sellers to engage in clear and consistent communication, consider customer service best practices and honor transaction agreements. However, if a seller cannot complete a transaction due to an extraordinary circumstance, then the seller may refuse service to the buyer.
• The seller must notify the buyer of refusal of service through Zizoo Conversations.
• The seller can only refuse service prior to shipping.
• If the buyer has already paid, then the seller must issue a full refund to the buyer (price paid for item plus shipping).
• The seller may cancel the transaction when applicable
• Unless otherwise agreed or according to the seller's terms, a seller's refusal of service to a specific buyer is indefinite within that seller's Zizoo shop.
Members who abuse the privilege to refuse service may be subject to review, which can result in suspension of account privileges and/or termination. Suspended or terminated members remain obligated to pay Zizoo for all unpaid fees.
Interference
To ensure the integrity of Zizoo's marketplace and help protect members from potentially fraudulent activity, transaction interference is not allowed on Zizoo.
• You may not contact another member to buy or sell an item listed on Zizoo outside of Zizoo's marketplace. This may also constitute fee avoidance.
• You may not communicate with another member to warn the member away from a particular buyer, seller or item.
• Posting in the public areas of your account to demonstrate or discuss a dispute with others or with Zizoo may be considered a form of interference.
Members who do not comply with Zizoo's policies may be subject to review, which can result in suspension of account privileges and/or termination. Suspended or terminated members remain obligated to pay Zizoo for all unpaid fees.
Transaction cancellation
Sellers agree to complete valid transactions. On occasion, a seller may need to cancel an invalid or void transaction, as defined below. Only the seller in a transaction may cancel the transaction. When applicable, Zizoo will issue a credit to the seller for fees related to a cancelled transaction. Sellers are encouraged to keep proof of any refunds provided to buyers in the event a dispute arises over a cancellation.
If a buyer would like to cancel an order, the buyer should contact the seller by Zizoo Conversations to request cancellation. Cancellations may be subject to an individual seller’s shop policies and whether the item has shipped. Item returns are subject to the individual seller's shop policies; the buyer needs to contact the seller for approval prior to shipping an item back to the seller.
• The seller may not cancel a transaction for the purpose of avoiding fees or reviews.
• The seller may cancel an invalid or void transaction, as defined by these circumstances:
• The buyer did not pay at the time the transaction was created, according to the transaction agreement or according to the terms in the seller's shop policies.
• The payment method was Direct Checkout, AND a full refund is provided to the buyer from the seller's Shop Payment Account.
• The payment method was PayPal, check, money order, or “Other” payment method, AND any of the following additional criteria are met:
• Both the buyer and seller agreed to cancel the transaction prior to shipment. If the buyer has already paid, the seller has refunded buyer (price paid for item plus shipping).
• The seller has refused service to the buyer. If the buyer has already paid, the seller has refunded the buyer (price paid for item plus shipping).
• The buyer paid for the item(s). Although the seller shipped the item(s), the buyer did not receive the item(s). The seller has refunded the buyer (price paid for item at minimum).
• The buyer paid, the seller shipped the item, and the buyer received the item. Then the buyer and seller agreed the buyer can return the item to the seller for a refund. The seller has received the returned item, and the seller has refunded the buyer (price paid for item at minimum).
Members who abuse the privilege to cancel transactions may be subject to review, which can result in suspension of account privileges and/or termination. Suspended or terminated members remain obligated to pay Zizoo for all unpaid fees.
Production assistance
Production assistance for certain intermediary tasks in some crafts may be acceptable. The following policies govern use of production assistance in the creation of handmade items:
• An assistant, under the direct supervision of the seller, may: assist with a portion of the creation process, list items in a shop, ship items, communicate with buyers, accounting or other record keeping.
• A third-party vendor may be used for intermediary tasks in some crafts. Acceptable examples include, but are not limited to: printing the seller's original artwork, metal casting from the seller's original mold, or kiln firing the seller's handcrafted ceramic work.
• A third-party vendor may not fulfill your orders to your Zizoo customers on your behalf (no drop-shipping).
• An assistant or third-party vendor's involvement may not comprise a majority share of a handmade item's creation.
Listings that do not comply with Zizoo's policies may be reported for review. Members who do not comply with Zizoo's policies may be subject to review, which can result in suspension of account privileges and/or termination. If Zizoo removes an item listing for violating Zizoo policy, the seller is still obligated to pay the listing fee for that item. Suspended or terminated members remain obligated to pay Zizoo for all unpaid fees.
Services
In general, services are not allowed to be listed on Zizoo. There are a few exceptions noted below that are allowed as they produce a new, tangible, physical item.
• Any service that does not yield a new, tangible, physical item is not allowed (for example: tailoring, restoring or repairing an item, photographic retouching or color correction).
• Custom graphic design and digital pattern distribution are allowed; a digital file (for example: .pdf, .jpg, .doc) is considered the tangible, physical item.
• An instructional crafting workshop is allowed as long as it provides the buyer with a tangible, physical item (for example: an instructional booklet, crafting supplies, a finished project that the student created in the workshop).
Vintage goods
Vintage goods and vintage collectibles may also be sold on Zizoo. The following information details the criteria and guidelines regarding listing these items:
• The VINTAGE CATEGORY is for items that are at least 20 years old.
• Unaltered items or items which have been repaired or restored to their original condition are allowed to be listed in the Vintage category.
• Upcycled, reconstructed or significantly altered vintage items are considered handmade. These items should be listed as handmade not in the Vintage category.
• All items in the Vintage category must comply with Zizoo's listing policies, including special policies for labelling Vintage items.
Prohibited items
Every Zizoo seller is responsible for following the laws that apply to you, your shop and your items, including any shipping restrictions for your items.
There are some types of items that we don't allow in Zizoo's marketplace, even if they are legal and otherwise meet Zizoo's selling criteria. Some things just aren't in the spirit of Zizoo. The following types of items may not be listed on Zizoo:
• Alcohol
• Tobacco and other smokeable products
• Drugs, medical drug claims about an item, drug paraphernalia
• Live animals
• Items made from certain animals, including, but not limited to, those animals deemed endangered or threatened under the UK Endangered Species Act. Ivory or bones from ivory-producing animals such as whales or elephants (except for qualifying authentic articles of Native Alaskan crafts).
• Human remains or body parts (excluding hair and teeth)
• Pornography
• Firearms and/or weapons
• Hazardous materials (for example: flammable, explosive, corrosive, poisonous, etc.)
• Real estate
• Motor vehicles (for example: automobiles, motorcycles, boats, travel trailers, etc.)
• Items or listings that promote, support or glorify hatred toward or otherwise demean people based upon: race, ethnicity, religion, gender, gender identity, disability, or sexual orientation; including items or content that promote organizations with such views
• Items or listings that promote or support illegal activity or instruct others to engage in illegal activity
• Items or listings that promote, support or glorify acts of violence or harm towards self or others
Even beyond these standards, Zizoo members are responsible for making important moral or ethical decisions regarding what they buy and sell on Zizoo.
We reserve the right to remove listings that we determine are not within the spirit of Zizoo. Such listings will be removed from the site, and the member's selling privileges may be suspended and/or terminated. If Zizoo removes an item listing for violating Zizoo policy, the seller is still obligated to pay the listing fee for that item. Suspended or terminated members remain obligated to pay Zizoo for all unpaid fees.
Shops
We encourage all sellers to provide information about yourself and/or your craft in your Profile. Shoppers will likely be interested in this information, as they are often here specifically to buy handmade items directly from the creator. You should explain your shop's policies regarding shipping, payments, refunds and exchanges on the Shop Policies page. You may use this space to provide additional shop policy information.
Please keep the following things in mind as you set up your shop and create listings:
• An individual shop's policies must abide by Zizoo's site-wide policies. Zizoo reserves the right to request that a seller provide policy information or require a seller to modify unreasonable policies at Zizoo's discretion.
• Do not make illegal use of photographs or written text.
• You may not use mature, profane or racist language or images in the public areas of your shop (for example: username, avatar, Profile, shop announcement, shop About page, tags, item titles, banner).
• You may not set a minimum purchase amount requirement in your shop.
• You must pay your Zizoo bill on time to avoid penalties, including but not limited to: suspension of listing privileges and/or account termination.
• You may not engage in any activity to avoid Zizoo's fees ("fee avoidance"). This includes but is not limited to: completing a transaction off-Zizoo once it has been initiated on the site, listing an item below its intended purchase price or canceling a valid completed transaction.
• You may not knowingly misrepresent your language. Shop and listing information should be accurate in the language(s) to which you've enrolled your shop.
Members who do not comply with Zizoo's policies may be subject to review, which can result in suspension of account privileges and/or termination. Suspended or terminated members remain obligated to pay Zizoo for all unpaid fees per our Terms of Use.
Listings
All listings on Zizoo should be clear, accurate and detailed. Accurate photos, descriptions and listing information are critical to selling on Zizoo. Check out the Listing an Item Help Guide for more information on how to list your items. Keep these policies in mind as you list and describe your items:
• Listing descriptions and photos must accurately describe the item for sale so buyers know what is included in the purchase.
• Each listing must be available for purchase.
• You may not create a listing for an item that is not for sale or sold out.
• A listing may not be created for the sole purpose of sharing photographs or other information with the community.
• A listing may not be created solely as an advertisement. This includes notices of sales or promotions in your shop. Such information may be included in other areas of your shop, such as: your Profile, your shop's About page, avatar, banner, Shop Announcement and/or item descriptions.
• Items must not be listed as available for rental or lease.
• Listing prices must be reasonable.
• You may price an item how you choose; however, a listing should not be created with an inaccurate price in order to keep it from selling.
• The shipping cost must be reasonable for the item.
• Each unique item must have its own listing.
• You may create one listing with multiple quantity in stock only if you have multiples of an item, or if you offer variations of an item that do not affect price (for example: a t-shirt available in various sizes).
• You may group items as a set into a single listing if the items are being sold and shipped together.
• You may not edit a listing's information to change it to an entirely different item; this is considered fee avoidance.
• All listings on Zizoo must be for a tangible object. (Note: a digital file is considered a tangible object.)
• You may not use Zizoo to direct shoppers to another online selling venue to purchase the same items as listed in your Zizoo shop, as this may constitute fee avoidance. This includes posting links/URLs or providing information sufficient to locate the other online venue(s).
• A listing must not be conditional upon the purchase of another listing in your shop (for example: saying "this item may only be purchased along with another item in my shop" is not allowed). This includes listings for item upgrades, shipping upgrades and gift wrapping upgrades.
• A free with purchase item may not be listed as a separate listing conditional upon the purchase of another item in your shop.
• The title and tags must not mention or describe the free with purchase item.
• Information about free with purchase items may only be included in the item description.
• A free with purchase item must not be featured in the first photograph of the listing.
• The listing price must only reflect the listed item.
• Drop shipping is not permitted. All items must be shipped under the direct supervision of the seller.
In addition to the rules that apply to all listings on Zizoo, please review the specific policies that apply to the three types of items that may be sold on Zizoo: handmade by you, supplies and vintage items. Some items are prohibited, and some items (for example: mature content) require special attention to comply with Zizoo's policies.
Suspended or terminated members remain obligated to pay Zizoo for all unpaid fees per our Terms of Use.
Labeling your items
There are several key pieces of information about your item that Zizoo uses to help shoppers find what they are seeking, such as: titles, tags, attributes, materials, categories and subcategories. It's very important to accurately label your items. Providing high-quality, accurate info helps shoppers find your items. Inaccurate info can create a frustrating shopping experience for everyone in the marketplace.
Here are the basic rules for labeling your listings:
• Only use accurate and relevant terms that describe the specific item for sale in your listing.
• You may use relevant synonyms (for example: a purse may be described as a "handbag"). You must not label a listing with related, but inaccurate words (for example: mittens should not be described as "scarf," earrings should not be described as "necklace").
• If your items are one-of-a-kind or unique, you may describe your listing as "original," "OOAK," "one of a kind," or other synonyms. However, if your item is a reproduction or in an edition of multiples, you must not describe it with these terms.
• You may use a short descriptive phrase as a tag if it accurately describes your item (for example: "sterling silver," "messenger bag," "steampunk cufflinks").
• You may not stuff multiple words into a single tag that do not comprise a descriptive phrase (for example: "beach water sunset," "handbag purse clutch," "green red blue black.")
• You should only state what the item is, not what the item may become or potential uses for the item (for example: yarn should not be labeled as "sweater," beads should not be labeled as "bracelet," small gift items should not be labeled as "stocking stuffer").
• Tags or attributes that describe the craft or process used to create an item should only refer to the processes that you personally used to create the item (for example: note cards should only be described as "papermaking" if you made the paper by hand from pulp, a wooden shelf should only be described as "woodworking" if you built the shelf).
Labeling vintage items
These additional policies apply when describing vintage items:
• Vintage items must be listed in the top-level Vintage category.
• Tags and attributes that describe the decade or age of the item must be accurate to the best of the seller's knowledge.
• A commercial crafting supply that is 20+ years old may be listed in the top-level Vintage.
Advertising on Zizoo
Zizoo offers paid promotional opportunities for shops that may help increase visibility and awareness of your items and shop. Sellers can purchase Search Ad keywords to promote their items on the site.
• Ads are not transferable between Zizoo accounts.
• Ads are non-refundable, except under very special circumstances at Zizoo's discretion.
Item listings in advertising spaces that do not meet the particular restrictions for that promotional placement may be subject to review. If an item listing violates these policies or any other listing policy, Zizoo may remove your listing and/or remove your ad without notice or credit for related fees. Your account must be in good standing to purchase ads. You are obligated to pay any fees associated with your ads.
